First Working - 6th December 1963 worked light from Brush, Loughborough to Old Oak Common via the Midland mainline, Welsh Hap Junction, Dudding Hill and Acton Wells Junction.

Last Working - 7th October 1993 worked 6Z10 04.35 Old Oak Common West Yard to Southall Yard engineers train, then worked 0F70 light to Old Oak Common. 8th October worked 0D00 0830 Old Oak Common to Doncaster Belmont Yard (towing 47019), stored unserviceable at 08.45 on 1st November 1993
